Shipping
Due to the geographical separation between points in Fiji - including outlying islands - we do reserve the right to charge "fair" shipping fees that represent the costs incurred by Solargex.
Where possible we have estimated these domestic costs within the shopping and checkout procedures at this site.
However, where details have been entered incorrectly or locations misrepresented, we will amend the order accordingly.
We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your order if the delivery paid at the point of check out requires amendment. This amount will need to be paid prior to dispatch of the goods.
ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS AT THE EXPENSE AND ARRANGEMENT OF THE CUSTOMER.
Refunds
In all instances a refund must be accompanied by the original sale receipt.
Refunds are given as part of our policy to ensure customer satisfaction. However, at the discretion of Solargex a refund may be denied or a handling fee applied.
